my thighs are starting to get on the thick side and i've noticed a bit of cellulite on the sides also my belly is starting to get big. i've cut down on the fatty foods by about 80% and i'm drinking lots of water and eating lots of vegetables.
i have also been doing sit ups and thigh exercises at nights. any tips on how to better my exercise routines?
