Holiday cheer from ford credit?

My wife and I have been out of work for almost a year. I have a truck we purchased two years ago. I am behind on my payments and cant find a job. I have stayed in touch with Ford and I have been able to make payments when I can. I am 42 days behind. Yesterday I get a call from Teressa at loss prevention at Ford Yelling at me because I haven't made a payment. This is just great Ford Needs a bailout but cant even have the compassion to treat its customers the way it wishes to be treated by the tax payer. I know I owe and I want to pay but I live in FL and cant find a job. HELPPPPPP????
 
My friend call them three times a week and let them know whats going on. Get on their backs and they will respect that.
