My wife and I rent out our townhome, have been for over 5 years. It looks like the HOA is now wanting to set a rental cap or attempt to eliminate all rentals. We have about 20% rentals. My question is how can they legally do this since in our bylaws there are no rental restrictions. We rent in NC.
