Hmm, strange.

This morning when I woke up, I had some minor acheyness under the ribs, and overall just an upper body that feels like it just had a workout. The muscles feel sore when I move. It doesn't hurt when I breathe, though.

Also had some diarrhea and still have some stomach cramps. I also am coughing up a bit of phlegm.

I'm thinking the flu maybe? Or a chest cold?
I don't know lol.

I was a bit concerned about my acheyness a while ago, but the way I figure it, I shouldn't worry too much just as long as the pain isn't horrific or it doesn't hurt to inhale.

EDIT: The diarrhea may have been thanks to my poor eating habits for the past few days. I've been so stressed that I ate very little since last Saturday, and then last night (Monday night) I ate a pretty big meal, I'm thinking that could account for the cramps.

Thoughts? Any input would be appreciated :)

Do you feel feverish? nauseous? It probably is the flu coming on. If you don't get much worse, just drink plenty of water, take the odd paracetamol, and rest . Sera.

Hmm, I have to say that I don't feel that bad and the stomach cramps have gone away. Now I just feel achey in my neck, arms, shoulders, and chest.

Not feeling nauseus at all, to be honest, I'm not extremely hot or cold, not that weak, but I am a bit groggy.

I slept kind of differently in my bed last night, that could be it.

I had a scratchy throat that came and went in the time that I typed this topic and now, so I don't know what to think lol.

You most likely have the respiratory "krud" that is going around.

Next you will start coughing, coughing, coughing. After a few days of total misery, you will gradually start bailing out, however, it takes a while to recover from the "krud".

I am currently in early recovery mode from the krud. My temperature never went higher than 99.5. I was afraid of going into pneumonia.

Take good care of yourself, the "krud" is nothing to fool around with, it is a viral infection.
