Somone stoled my car last night and did a hit and run and return it to my house. It was weird because why would somone steal your car and return it after a hit and run? Today I went to talk with a investigator and since I forgot to report the car stolen he thinks that i was the one that did the hit and run even though i didnt do it. I feel like my rights have been violated and what should i do?
