Hit a parked car, what now?

I bumped into a car while trying to park. My emotions took over and, seeing no one around, I left. I left a noticeable dent in the back bumper and I feel absolutely awful now. I don't know what to do. Do I tell my parents? Call my insurance company? I am a minor. Please don't judge me, I just need advice. I messed up and I am beginning to severely panic about possible consequences. What should I do now?
 
Just be glad that you ran, didnt get pulled over/arrested. Oh yeah and keep this in mind. If anybody ask did you hit my car or anything like that act like you dont know what they are talking about.
 
Well it is possible that a securtiy cam caught it or something..and it would be HORRIBLE if you didn't report it and the security cam catches your license plate no. I would tell my parents..even though it will be really rough..it is better than to get in HUGE trouble or getting sued. They can help decide what to do next...
 
Tell your parents and your insurance company in my opinion. Relax, it happens, Now it all depends on whether or not the owner finds you, makes a claim etc.
