history teacher abuse little kids?

I'm in 8th grade and my history teacher keeps telling our class that the holocaust was a lie and all this stuff thats wrong. Some of my classmates are becoming upset by all of the stuff he keeps saying and my mom has already called the school and the public school system. All the officials aren't willing to acknowledge that he's wrong and they won't make him apologize to all of us.
Does anyone know of anything we could do to make him stop?
