Well I'm writing a History paper, and yes, I'm allowed to use this as a reference, and I'm having a little trouble. I know about the system of checks and balances, but I'm having trouble with an example. Can anybody explain to me how the system of checks and balances relates to either Gideon vs. Wainwright or Marbury vs. Madison, and please please please explain. Thanks so much.
