History Question on Jack the Ripper??

For my A2 coursework i have to create a question on jack the ripper and then write an essay about it myself but my tutor has warned me that i have to make sure it is a historical question and not a question based on rumour..
like not a question about who jack the ripper was
have you got any ideas???
