History question about the new Brad Pitt military movie?

OK, I know this was probably 100% not truthful, the men going around France killing German soldiers, but... every time I see a movie about Nazi Germany, the soldiers and officers ALL seem to wear tailor-fitted clothing! Was that true? They must have had two armies; one to fight, and the other to sew uniforms!

PS I found the movie disturbing.
 
Seems so, but Class ""A" uniforms can indeed be tailor fitted. We get them issued and then see a tailoy and they sew them for us.

But remember, a movie is a movie. In the movies no one ever goes to a bathroom either.

p.s. I liked the movie.
