History project? Akira Kurosawa.?

I need to do a history project and it's really important :/ i was thinking of doing it on Akira Kurosawa but it's too broad a topic so i need to narrow it down. I was thinking maybe his work with Toshiro Mifune, his influences or recurring themes in his films? Any suggestions and anywhere i could locate some good solid info? thanks :] x
