The intellectual, artistic, and social movements that changed the way people lived and thought? Political tensions arising from the breakdown of old empires? Was it the greed caused by capitalism that led to imperial ambitions? Was it the shrinking globe?
I have to teach others about how a particular region of the world was affected by, and responded to, these conditions at the turn of the 20th century. I have to present the most important and relevant data related to the history of that region and the events entering into the 20th century. The history that I am covering should not go beyond 1914!
