ok i have to write a paper about the history and origins of ingredients in a recipe of my choice for my history class we are discussing the finding of America how it all relates im not sure but anyways im writing this and my final ingredient is bay leaves i cant find SHIT the requirements are as follow

4 and the source MUST explain ORIGIN and HISTORY of bay leave not it came from here and tastes good in this has to explain origin and how it came to be what it is today
