Historical Romance: Girl marries Guy, but is very unhappy. They fight, she...

...runs away, and he has to rescue her? I read this book in 2010, but it shouldn't be more than 5 years old. The girl is stubborn and hotheaded. The gut is bossy and has a short temper.

The general plot (that I can remember) goes something like this:
When the girl was young, she overheard her aunt(?) talking to the guy
about the girl and guy getting married when she becomes old enough. The guy makes some
sort negative reply about the girl's looks, and the girl swears off the guy
forever. What she didn't know is that he was kidding, and the remark he
made was a joke.

Anyways, years later he comes back and she still holds the grudge against
him. Eventually her aunt dies, and her fortune is left to the girl with
the condition that she marries the guy. She absolutely refuses, but he
cares for her, so he makes a whole bunch of conditions for the marriage
(they wont consummate their marriage until she loves him). She eventually
does marry him, but she is very unhappy.

They fight a lot, and she runs off. There is some sort of uprising at the
estate that she runs to, and she is kidnapped. He comes and rescues her
in the nick of time. She finally loves him the way that he's loved her.
haha, and the most important part, that I forgot to say, is: IF YOU KNOW THE BOOK OR AUTHOR, PLEASE LET ME KNOW!!!

Thanks!
:)
