I need an account infrastructure and a trading infrastructure. Is my web designer that knows PHP / MySQL going to be able to do this? I have no idea what PHP / MySQL and where it may come into play so perhaps someone could explain it and maybe direct me to a language that my web site may be better in. Thanks!
