Hiptop help: My MSN screen name always changes after I sign out then in again....

...Can I fix it? When I get onto my MSN account on my Hiptop it always changes my screen name back to just Lauren rather than what my screen name was the last time I was online. Is there any way i can fix this? Its very irritating having to change it EVERY time i sign in.
