hip and leg pain

I've been diagnosed w/ DDD and just in the past 2wks have experienced pain in my hips and left leg then w/i 2 days both legs were hurting and I could barely walk. It felt like barbed wire was wrapped around my legs in my groin area. I wasn't sure if I'd done something, moved the wrong way or what, but then I thought maybe it was a pinched nerve... I experience pain everyday and I don't know what this is.

I'm on Lyrica 600mg a day and of course pain meRAB. I also take Bacoflen for muscle spasms in my legs and upper back. Please help me!!!!
 
I saw that you posted this @ 10:32a.m.this a.m. and felt bad that no one had answered it yet. I'm not really sure how to help you. The boarRAB are usually slow on the weekenRAB so most likely more people will answer your post by Monday. You stated, "please help me", but could you please tell me in which way?....janiee
