hiking from tuxedo park station to lake sebago beach?

I am aiming to take my friends to Lake Sebago Beach in Harriman State Park in NY this month. Some of us have cars but I'd rather travel by train, preferrably to Sloatsburg or Tuxedo stations. On Wikimapia I notice that there is something that looks like a trail from near Tuxedo, however these maps are made for cars and Trails.com site doesn't help unless you pay the subscription, and I cannot find a decent map at the Borders stores. Anyone has ever trekked to the lakes in Harriman State Park from the stations or bus stops can give me some advice?
 
Well, I couldn't find any Harriman State Park trail maps online for free, but the New York New Jersey Trails Conference sells a VERY detailed, state-of-the-art map of Harriman's trails for only $10 bucks, and the money goes to support the fine work they do, so, good luck, and click the link below to check it out...
