Hiking,boxing with training pads,gym,too much excercise?on the same day?

is this too much to do for one day?
okay,well i skip one day between activites,i do want to build muscle,yet be good with my arms(boxing)this doesnt go on for more than the equivalent of 2 or 3 rounds on the summit of the hiking mountain

then a short while later after i hike down with my partner i hit the gym

id say i take some pretty good powdered protein to help with muscle repair
 
There is nothing wrong with that. You are a very healthy and active person.

If you are trying to build muscles, this might punish your muscles because that is a lot of cardio involved.

How intense is your boxing and hiking?
