hey i'm going hiking on the day my period is due,
i get really bad pains and can hardly walk, and if i get it on
that day i will have to walk 30km,...i wouldn't be able to do that,
with my period. I need it to come later or early before the hike,.
there will be not dunnys or showers, so thats even grosses.
please help i beg, any tips , anything,..
and yes btw i have asked my mum if i can stay home
she said no
