Last weekend I went camping. I had 5 mixed drinks of vodka and lemonade--I went to sleep dizzy but not feeling too sick. I also drank plenty of water that next and the next morning. The next morning I felt fine and even had an appetite to eat breakfast.
My friend and I then started a 9 mile hike up a mountain. About 2 miles up the mountain I felt out of breath and nauseous and threw up once. After that I felt fine and finished the whole hike to the top!
My friend (and my family) think I was sick from drinking. I think I sick from pushing myself to do exercise my body not used too or too soon after eating --like runners sometimes do by eating before a race. I think I never would of threw up if I did not take the hike.
Who is right?
