I love Sedona! I don't know how to explain it to you because I haven't been there in a while, but I went with my dad and my brother up to the top of this rock mountain, where supposedly Native Americans used to sleep, because there is an overhang at the top-- really cool. There is another place, and you can probably ask locals there or the concierge at your hotel, but you can walk out to this huge wall of rocks COVERED in petroglyphs, and when I was there they were digging in the area too, and they had uncovered more than a few artifacts.
