Okay, so I'm a freshman at my highschool and usually my period comes after a month and a half ( my normal cycle ), I want to know how I can get to changing my pads, I'm not allowed to use tampons. >.<

*There's 4 minutes between to get to my classes and usually the hallways are jam packed, so I'll be late for class

*Each period is 38 minutes long.

*My schedule goes like this:
>Upstairs
>Downstairs
>Upstairs
>Downstairs
>Still downstairs
>Lunch
>Upstairs
>Still upstairs
>Still upstairs

*I normally change my pad EVERY two hours because I have a heavy flow

Please help me on how I can get to places faster and PLEASSEEEE give me some tips.

I really don't miss those days. Sigh. Well, plan ahead. Be ready to make a beeline for the bathroom after whatever class and make sure you have everything you need so you don't have to worry about making it to your locker. If you are late, apologize to the teacher and tell them you were in the restroom. If they make an issue about it, tell them what the issue is. Believe me, they will back off. Meanwhile, I suggest wearing the "overnight" pads because they are about as good as it gets with heavy flow without using tampons (which only help so much anyways, I have to use both tampons and somesort of pad). Also, you can carry a pad in your pocket and go to the restroom during class if necessary.
