Highlight of You Weekend

I'll stop at dealerships if there on the route or near the destination, time permitting that is. Good place to streach the leg, have a smoke... usually some free coffee/cold water & munchies, like minded people to BS with & the OL does a little shopping (usually buying chit for me ). I would'nt say I "plan it from the beginning" but do usually end up at one.

I don't plan it but if one is close by I might stop. They are nothing like dealers for other brands. There are usually nice bikes to check out in the lot and like minded folks to see.

Nope. If I go to a dealership it's because I need a part or an oil filter... that's about it.
They haven't been a "destination" for me for years.

If I pass one, I will stop in because I like to pick up the occasional dealer t-shirt. Having said that, we are riding to Arkansas this October, and I believe that I will have to make a point to head over to Toad Suck H-D to pick up a T.

Did a lot of 1 day day rides this summer, Only stopped by the local dealer once in May to get oil and filter. Did not stop at any other dealer. I have a habit of spending too much money is the main reason i don't stop. I'm Cheap!

I certainly don't plan my ride around dealerships, but I'll hit the Harley POI on the Zumo when I'm on the road, and if I'm passing a dealership sometimes I'll stop in and pick up a shirt.

Some of the time on day trips , I like to use a Harley Dealer as "the destination" if I don't have something else in mind.
Most have been great , and I always make new friends where there's Harley riders gathering.
It completes the Harley ownership thing for me.
To each his own.
