high wbc 14.3

i went to the doc with sever kidney and stomach pain and my lab results came back abnormal

my blood test:

sodium 135 low
potassium 3.4 low
chloride 98 low
WBC 14.3 HIGH
NEUTROPHILS 7.4
LYMPHOCYTES 12.1 LOW
BASOPHILS 0.6 HIGH
NEUTROPHILS 11.4 HIGH
EOSINPHOLS 0.50 HIGH


what does this mean? could it be the beggining of a more serious problem?
