E Emily New member Mar 8, 2011 #1 My son has been sick now for over 24 hrs. He hasn't thrown up in about 10-12 hrs, but now he has a really high fever (103.6). I gave him tylenol and had him drink a bunch of water. Should i wait to see if the tylenol helps or take him to the ER???
