high school SWIM TEAM try-outs tomorrow.. I've never been on a club team or anything!

I'm so nervous..help?!? I'm doing it with my friend for fun.. neither of us have ever been serious swimmers before.
But I'd really like to be.
I feel like I'm going to be the worst one on the team.. I don't have a swimmers body at all.:(
I'm 120-125 pounds and 5'4".. my friend is like, 5'2" and 110.

I'm going to feel even more out of shape swimming than I am in the really tight swim suit.
I don't want to be horrible.:(
If I make it, there will be practices Mon-Fri.
1.5-2 hours every time.
9 hours per week!

After the 2-3 months pass by with this kind of a work out, and about 1,200 healthy calories consumed, can my body be much slimmer?? And possibly 10 pounds lighter?
Just thinking hopeful here! That's only if I make it...

advice for try-outs anyone? THANKS so much.(:
