High School Religious Education?

I am doing an assignment on the four pillars of faith. I have not had any religious education until this year which is making it difficult.
Could someone please tell me what the importance of; apostles creed, seven sacraments, ten commandments and the lords prayer has in the catholic church,

you dont have to answer all four, one will be alright but i really need some answers, and QUICK!
