High School Parties???????????????

i don't know ANYONE in this city and i haven't moved before so i don't know how exactly to make friends with the "right people" for parties and stuff,,,,any tips?? wat should i look for exactly...its alot dif here than were i used to live....bi the way im in high school so........yay dont gimme that shit on stay away from drugs and alcohol...i have heard it all before. thanx!!!
 
Look for outgoing people, who seem to know how to have a good time. Once you get to talking to them, you can ask what they do for fun and if they like to party.
