High school, i'm debating inside?

i need the language credit's to go to college, and it's the second day of school, there are people in my class that i know already will make it hell with the interruptions. i was going to take french, and i could switch classes, but im not sure if it's the greatest, the teachers said it's a harder coarse and im not sure if i am going to be stuck in a class with more idiots, so should i switch or not?

p.s.- i'm in all pre-ap coarses

p.p.s.- yes i do know what p.s. stands for!
p.s.- i think i forgot to say i'm currently in spanish and am deciding on staying in this hell or possibly joining another
trying to stay optimistic, but also trying to be realistic
