D Doc. New member Mar 8, 2011 #1 My Honda Passport 1994 started idling at least 3000 rpm's. I put an high idle valve in and it still runs the same. Has anybody out there had this problem and if yes, how do I fix it. Thank You........ Have checked engine light. Nothing showing.
