Sooooooooooooooooo mega freak out for me the last 24hours or so. Went to bed last night at like 11pm couldnt sleep as my heart rate was over 100 bpm and was freaking out thinking im going to have a heart att, Anyway after all night been up I went to A&E and 8am Where they hooked me up to heart rate thingys and took blood to check my heart. All came back clear and was giving a anxiety med to relax me and heart rate. Anyway its nearing 19hours now since it first started and my heart rate starting to drop thank god. Never ever experienced this before.
