High compression vs forced induction in a Honda del sol?

I've got a jdm b18c1 and I'm wanting some thoughts on which has more potential. High compression or forced induction?

Forced induction for sure.
I've got a 12.5:1 compression motor, and I still get my ass handed to me by FI'd cars with the same sized motor.
On the other hand, if it's not built properly, you'll end up with a really laggy motor.
