high beams on a Toyota Cressida?

i have an '89 toyota cressida. I want to know if the bulbs it uses operate high/low beams on a single bulb, or are the high and low beams on 2 seperate bulbs? one for highs and one for lows

when you say 89 bo you have a mx73 cressida if so they have dual headlights which run a high beam glode and a low beam but most mx73 were fitted with a sealed beam unit not semi sealed if they blow then you have to replace the whole unit but if you have a mx83 diff story the have a halofen globe which operates high and low beam wattage is 55/60 h4 globe
