I have a 2005 Chrysler 300 Touring and I am having some trouble. This model comes with reflector headlights and I installed HID's in them. They flicker and turn off but when I turn the switch off then back on they turn on again, then flicker and go out. I bought a relay but I was confused about where to attach it because the battery is in the back. I connected the red wire the red + thing on the fuse box and the black wire to the ground wire. The lights turn on but still flicker and shut off. When I touch the wires that are supposed to connect to the original headlight cable (for turning them on and off) together the lights don't turn on. They should because connecting those wires should close the circuit. I eventually connected this relay to the fog light cable instead and I don't seem to have trouble any more. What's the dealio?
