I reside in North Carolina close to Virgina where I heard they have some good deals but I know there are some good deals In North Carolina as well I just don't know where to start. It would be my first car and my credit is not the best I've tried to do research online but to no avail. They say online Do a lot of research and don't seem desperate But I do really need one for school and work So I am kind of desperate. I also read don't be afraid to ask for the invoice to see the price and talk out a good loan % amount to pay but do i go to the car dealership to get the loan or a bank? to all who answer thank you so much in advance.
