Hi, Which PHP framework is more suitable and easy to develop for MIS?

Hi,

I am planning to develop my PHP application MIS (Management of Information System)

I am experienced programmer have 2.5 years experience in PHP but havn't work on Framework.

Kindly suggest which framework is best to work for MIS using PHP.

Also justify your answer.
I have to use any of the Framework in my task, so please do suggest atleast one,as they provided good documentation and MVC.(Model-View-Controller)
 
I would really consider using your own framework this away you will now excatly what you are doing. there is cake of course but making your own similar to what joomla does would be a huge plus if you decided to sell or open source your code.
