hi what should i do ? when i was in bike accident?

when i was biking some body opened the car door and i hit the door, fell on the ground .I called 911.i m sent to hospital by 911 ambulance car After 1 month , I recieved millions dollar bill from hospital , doctor ,fire department etc' i have no med insurance .Good thing z i got other guys car plate number but DMV says this guy has no insurance. i still recieving those bills
