HI! What is this? crazy menstrual cycles?

I have been have a very regular menstrual sycle the only thing Im aware of that may be abnormal uis quarter size clots when menstruating with no regulcar blood flow. I notice a pain on my ovaries from time to time especially before periods. Is it ovarian cysts?

I have a few friends with ovarian cysts and they cant have children will this be me also?
