Basically what are the list of things they did wrong that lead them to possible bankruptcy, a need of a bailout and the merger with Fiat. All I find online is the aftermath, but I can't find how their business strategies, approaches, etc was wrong or caused them to be in trouble. For example, I know they were paying their workers a lot, they concentrated on big cars, but I can't find more and specific things they did. Does anyone have these answers or where to find them?
