Started getting chest pains and headaches a few weeks ago went to hospital did EKG on heart and all came back fine, this all started happening after I ate and lied down to go to sleep same symptoms for next two nights now I'm getting lightheaded and nautious after eating and the headaches have returned any ideas would be great
