I have windows explorer and it's the latest version and everything. I've also tried downloading the latest java but when I go to a chat room website the tab closes and a my web browser says it was unable to open the website. This happens for every single chat room. Can someone help? it's really annoying and I would like to get it fixed. Thanks for any help you can give.
