At that time i was given what they call a "conditional discharge" which stated i had to do 120 hours of community service and pay a $500.00 dollar fine all by july 14th,my fine is almost paid off but i have not done any of my community service because i am handicapped and they had no work for me so i had to recruit my own work site i did but it didn't go through i have another court date on the 6th of october and i got a notice from the state's attorney that they filed a petition to "temporarily revoke my conditional discharge" what does all this mean????
also at that time i pled guilty to driving on a suspended license.
i don't drive anymore i have not driven in two years.
does this mean jail time??
