Hi, You'll have to contact your bio parents for this information. A person's medical history is private and confidential.

If you would like to search for your bio parents, the best place to start is with the agency that handled the adoption. If they're no longer in existence, call the states DHS and ask who has custody of the records. The agency can open the records and if there's contact information entered, they will release this. You can also have your contact info entered.

You could also register with the following large, free search registries:

ISSR - largest - download the registration form and mail it in. http://www.plumsite.com/isrr/
Reunion Registry at Adoption.com http://registry.adoption.com/
Adoption Registry Connect (registers by birth state) http://www.adopteeconnect.com/
G's Adoption Registry http://www.gsadoptionregistry.com/

There's many other places to register - call up your birth state with the words adoption registry to see more. Also check all the above online registries to see if someone is already looking for you.
Best Wishes !
