...in tx? okay i had a question hopefully u can help me out i want to know if a dna test will be done on a paternity hearing or child support even though the mother and father are married can u plz help me casue me and my husban are going thorugh this he dnt want a dna and me either so who can help me
 
Why would the court order a paternity test regarding a married couple? Isn't the husband the father named on the birth certificate? And why is child support an issue regarding a married couple?

Rephrase your question and make the circumstances more clear, as written, it doesn't make much sense.
