recived a mail from att? i was told i need to update my social sec #. once i was done with that two days later i went to check the application status online it says "Submission Status (Click Status to View Description) Not Qualified on Testing" does that mean i got rejected based on my resume? or not metting the requirements? or can i apply again to meet their requiements? plese advice me thank you. basically they are saying not qualified on testing.
