...boot camp assist it jut shutsdown? can any one tell me how to fix it and what windows disc i need to install windows XP
 
The disc you recieve when you purchased your Windows computer. Its labeled Windows XP OS. I tried installing Vista on my iMac and it messed my computer up a bunch. I had to restore my iMac meaning reinstall EVERYTHING the 3rd day I got it. Yes after 3 days my computer got messed up from installing and trying to use boot camp.
