Hi, I have a 2.43 gpa, 2.6 weighted. Will i stand a shot at getting into these colleges?

This is after my first semester of junior year. i plan on attending coastal carolina university of the University of Tampa, is there any chance that i can be accepted? is there time to raise my gpa if i do well this semester and first semester of senior year?
