Hi, I am looking for a new car: Mazdaspeed3 2008.5 OR Mitsubishi lancer GTS 2009.?

The mazdaspeed3 is used (15 000km) and the lancer is totaly new. Same price for both. The "re-sale" price is important for me. The warranty on Lancer is better, so i'll have to buy a 2200$ warranty from mazda if I choose the mazdaspeed3. Pro and Con please. What i already know is that Lancer have leather ans sunroof and it's important to me. Not availible in Speed3. The quality of interior is really better in mazda. Last thing, the lancer comes with a really nice sound system that far exceeds the quality of Bose system in mazda. I really want a car with good fuel economy and power. I know it will not go togheter but... finally, i want a car that is really sustainable. Thank's for answers
