Hi I am buying a motocross bike and dont have a clue how to inspect them etc.?

Hi I am buying a bike and he ses the bottom part of engine is seized (forgot to put oil in) and I will need a new back shock. How do I check for other problems and is this job as easy as unseizing an engine or will I need a whole new engine

feel the kick start and psuh on it tell him to let you see air filter look at the spark plug yo can tell if he rode it hard are not and in genral just inspect it twice to be safe
